Ceramics
Engineer
Supports development of LTCC and ferrite materials to new product development team which develops multilayer transformer, inductor, and module designs using cast ferrite tape systems and Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic processing methods. This is done by collaborating with suppliers to ensure that materials selected and chemical formulations developed are processable, and meet the desired electromagnetic, mechanical, thermal, physical and chemical properties.
LTCC
Magnetics Design Engineer
Plans, designs and develops products in projects assigned. Prepares or directs preparation of specifications and drawings. Defines tests to be conducted and evaluates test results. Recommends or develops design changes. Interfaces with customers as required to support assigned products and projects.
