NASCENTechnology has patented certain aspects of the manufacturing, layout, and design of LTCC transformers using this new technology. While these utility patents do protect the significant investment we've made in our IP, we also recognize it is very important to challenge ourselves and others to push this technology to new levels--even if it means increased competition for us.
