NASCENTechnology transformers are made from a process that
eliminates plastic bobbins, fine magnetic wire, and brittle ferrite
cores.
Our multilayered
ceramic transformers, are produced using Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic
(LTCC) techniques, in which the transformer structures are co-fired at
temperatures up to 950° C.
Since our transformers have windings embedded within their magnetic core structure, they can handle extremely high environmental temperatures.
Designs can be
made with custom developed ferrite and dielectric materials that allow
operatons
temperatures in excess of 300°
C.
